Registration is 9:00 to noon September 4, 5, and 6. New students must bring $60, ID for status in Canada, proof of Ottawa address, transcript(s), OHIP card, and date of arrival to Canada.

Congratulations for creativity go to the three winners in the art competition that AHS held with the theme of a phoenix.

All AHS students are invited to pre-register for September 2018. Speak to a counselor and your teachers to select courses.

On April 26th we celebrate this year's winners for the Grace Awards. Talented performers will also be showcased! Join us in the auditorium period 2!

On April 18th, over 20 companies will be at AHS ready to hire. Come to the cafeteria with your resume 10:30 to 12:30.

On April 13th, come to the Library to meet, visit, and speak with four exceptional individuals. Register by April 6th.

On April 4th, many health service providers will visit AHS. Come to the cafeteria between 10am and 1pm and speak with them. Also Teri Gentes will speak in the Lecture Hall on healthy eating.

Margaret Pokiak and Christy Jordan-Fenton join us in the Library on March 27.

AHS has several clubs and activities at lunch and some after school. For more details, see the in school monitors and the daily announcements.

February 28th is Photo Day at AHS. All new students have their photo taken for a Student Card.

No school for students February 16th for the PD day, and also no school February 19th for Family Day holiday. Enjoy the long weekend and perhaps visit some Winterlude events!

Registration was February 1st and 2nd. School begins Monday February 5 at 8:30am. Visit a Guidance counselor if you are interested in Night school registration.

Our annual GVF was December 7th with much food, music and culture to explore!

The AHS Career Fair was November 23rd with over 30 institutions and employers!
