Each year, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board Student Recognition Awards celebrate excellence in student leadership. The work ethic and dedication Ammar puts forth in everything he does is commendable and has set a wonderful example for his classmates. He is a role model within the school community, the wider community, and among his peers, always taking the time to look out for others despite his busy schedule.
